Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or platform providers. Depending on the platform, transactions may be processed through services such as Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, Stripe or another payment processor.

Boyoka Music generally does not need to receive or store complete payment-card numbers when payments are processed directly by authorized payment processors.

Boyoka Music is a music, podcast, video and entertainment platform that may contain content intended for general audiences.

Unless Boyoka Music specifically launches a child-directed service, Boyoka Music does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children below the minimum age permitted to independently use the applicable service.

Where required, parental or guardian consent may be required before a minor can create or use certain accounts or features.

If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise appropriately handle that information. Before deployment, Boyoka Music reviews the data practices of third-party SDKs and service providers used within the application. The data practices of these integrations must also be accurately reflected in applicable App Store and Google Play privacy disclosures.

Boyoka Music may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services. Users should review their respective privacy policies.

Where permitted, Boyoka Music may send communications concerning new music, artists, podcasts, events, platform features, offers and promotions.

Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications. Transactional and security communications may still be sent when necessary.

Some browsers or devices provide privacy preference mechanisms. Boyoka Music will process legally recognized privacy signals where required by applicable law.

For iOS applications, where Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework applies, Boyoka Music will request the appropriate permission before engaging in activities that Apple defines as tracking.
